We provide educational courses for car driving, including theory and on-road sessions. We do not guarantee exam outcomes. You are responsible for complying with local laws and licensing requirements.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the legal driving age in your jurisdiction and provide any required permits or documents before on-road sessions.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for policy violations or safety risks.

5. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
• Unless specified otherwise, payments are due before the first session.
• Refunds are available if requested 24 hours before the first session; after that, pro-rated refunds may apply at our discretion.

6. Scheduling and cancellations

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to compensate instructor time and vehicle allocation.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to safety, weather, or instructor unavailability.

7. Safety and conduct

You must follow all instructor directions, wear seat belts, and avoid substances that impair driving. We may end a session if safety is compromised. Our Code of Conduct prohibits harassment, discrimination, and unsafe actions.

8. Intellectual property

Course materials, site content, and branding belong to SapphiraVra Drive. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

9. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee passing exams or achieving specific outcomes. Driving involves inherent risks; always prioritize safety.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SapphiraVra Drive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your course is delivered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
